Service works on AT&T Network and requires a AT&T Phone or Unlocked GSM Phone. The Phone MUST BE 4G VoLTE Compatible.  If it is not VoLTE Compatible it will not work.  Send us your Phone's 15-digit IMEI (serial number) BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THIS SIM CARD and we will verify the phone for you.

ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS:

To receive the included service offer follow these instructions. After you receive the sim card, contact us by email or ebay message and Include:

1.   1. The sim card number, it's the 20-digit number on the sim card.

2.   2. The phone’s IMEI (15-digits)

3.   3. The area code and zip code

4.   4. The city and state

We will activate the sim card and will send you an email confirmation when the activation has completed.

You can Port in your existing number from another service to H2O Wireless:

1. The phone number must be active at time of activation with at least 2 to 3 days of service remaining on the current service provider.2. The phone that you will use must be AT&T Compatible, has no balance due on it to any service provider, and not reported Lost or Stolen. 3. You must call your service provider and get:The account number, the TRANSFER PIN, and your Full address with zip code.4. We will need all the info above plus:The phone's IMEI and the H2O SIM card nuber that you buy from us.5. We respond quickly during the week. On weekends we do our best to check messages and respond, but it may take longer.6. Try to get the request in during the week earlier in the day just in case we need to reach out to any customer service department for assistance.
